The Filtones Announce our 2026 Charity Partner.
The Filtones are delighted to announce the charity we will be supporting in 2026.
Following a vote by our choir members, we are proud to share that BRACE Dementia Research has been chosen as our Charity of the Year.
BRACE is a local charity funding world-class clinical and laboratory research into Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Their work focuses on achieving early diagnosis, developing more effective treatments and ultimately working towards a cure.
It is a cause that touches many lives, including those within our own community. Throughout 2026, proceeds from our concerts will be donated to BRACE Dementia Research, We warmly invite you to join us, by coming along to our performances, supporting this important cause, whilst enjoying the wonderful singing of The Filtones.
Together, through music, friendship and community spirit, we hope to make a meaningful difference.

Singing for fun, friendship ... and a fantastic cause!
The Filtones were proud to support the work of InHope through our 2025 charity concerts.
Thanks to the generosity of our audiences and supporters, we were delighted to present a cheque for £832 to Mr David Pritchard, Income Team Leader at InHope, during a recent rehearsal. It was a pleasure to welcome him and to hear more about the difference this vital local charity is making in our community.
InHope provides essential support for people facing homelessness, hunger, addiction and mental health challenges. We are so pleased that our love of singing can help contribute to such important work.
Thank you to everyone who donated and came along to enjoy the music - your support truly makes a difference.
